Return and Exchange Policy – MW SPORTS

MW SPORTS guarantees the right to exchange and return its products, as provided in the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC) and the requirements of the Google Merchant Center.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Return)

  • Deadline: The customer has the right to request the return of the product and a full refund of the amount paid within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the item (Art. 49 of the CDC).

  • Product Condition: The product must be returned without signs of use, washing, or odor, in its original packaging, with all accessories, and, must have the product tag intact.

  • Costs: All shipping costs related to returns due to withdrawal are the responsibility of MW SPORTS.

  • Process: The customer must communicate the return via email to [email protected] within the deadline.

2. Exchange Due to Manufacturing Defect or Shipping Error

  • Deadline: Exchanges due to defect must be communicated within 90 (ninety) calendar days from receipt (Art. 26 of the CDC).

  • Condition: The customer must contact us by sending detailed photos of the defect, shipping labels, and the jersey tag. We will perform an analysis of the issue.

  • Costs: Both the return shipping and the re-shipping of the correct product are fully covered by MW SPORTS.

3. Specific Rules and Exceptions

  • Customized Products (Personalized Jerseys): Jerseys with customization (name and number) may be returned/refunded within the 7-day withdrawal period, provided there are no signs of use and the tag is intact. Exception: We do not offer exchanges or refunds if the error in customization is due to a spelling mistake made by the customer.

  • Tags: Under no circumstances should the jersey tag be removed. The intact tag is the mandatory guarantee for any type of exchange or refund.

  • Refund: The reversal will be processed through the payment platform used (NuvemPago) or by bank transfer, according to the situation, after MW SPORTS receives and verifies the returned product.
